I got a scar from the erg.

One day at practice, I was wearing running shorts on the ergometer and we were doing a really long piece. About halfway through, I felt a sort of discomfort on the back of my thigh. And, not being able to stop (obviously), I just kept irritating it further.

We don't even light the menorah anymore.
I didn’t even know when Hanukkah was this year until a friend asked me. I had to GOOGLE it. This is what we’ve come to. It’s the third night of Hanukkah, and my family hasn’t even acknowledged the fact that there are traditions we used to do on this holiday. We at least lit the menorah 3 times last year. My Bucket List
I don’t plan on kicking the bucket anytime soon, but as they say: carpe diem — seize the day! There’s no reason to wait until my skin is melting off my bones to compile a list of all my greatest fantasies that I’ll someday make a reality. My list will undoubtedly grow in the future, but for now, I’ve only got a “few” things I’d like to accomplish within the next 60 years or so.

But I think it’s quite simple. Everyone just wants to be happy. The purpose is to find happiness. Whether it’s who makes you happy, what makes you happy, a place that makes you happy, or a time that makes you happy. Maybe making other people happy is how you find yours. It doesn’t matter.
